Eva Cockrell Cake Design creates bold, elegant statement wedding cakes and refined dessert displays designed to become part of the atmosphere of a celebration.

Founded in 2013, the business is a five time Hitched Wedding Awards winner, led by Eva, a pastry chef and dietitian with over 15 years’ experience in modern cake design. Each commission is approached as a culinary project, with equal focus on flavour, structure and visual design.

From clean architectural tiers and Lambeth piping to sugar floristry, macarons and dessert tables, each design is tailored to feel personal and impactful. Vegan, gluten-free and dairy-free options are available, alongside considered ingredient sourcing and lower-impact materials where possible.

Couples work directly with Eva from tasting through to delivery and set-up, with clear communication and full venue liaison throughout.

Having created and delivered cakes in many styles at Dodford Manor, Eva understands the scale, natural light and warm oak setting of the Oak Barn. Each cake is designed to complement the space while retaining a strong presence, with delivery and setup handled personally for a seamless wedding morning.
