Dodford Manor offers a range of fantastic wedding accommodation packages with leading local hotels all within 5-10 minutes away. Staverton Park Hotel and The Mecure Hotel have Preferential Advanced Booking Rates for our couples and allocate up to 20* double / twin rooms for wedding guests to then book directly subject to the hotels availability.
To activate your Preferential Advanced Booking Rate room allocation, simply contact the hotel/s you have chosen, notify them of your wedding at Dodford Manor and your wedding date. The Hotel will then book your room allocation (free of charge) and wait to be contacted directly by your wedding guests who enjoy the discounted advanced booking rate.
Your room allocations will remain open until six weeks before your wedding day, at which time any unbooked rooms are released. If your guest’s book in advance and secure all your allocated rooms, there is often the opportunity to extend your Preferential Advanced Booking Rate (subject to availability) to more than 20 rooms.
